So… sorry about that total MIA-ness since Thursday.
You see, a horrible, terrible thing has happened. Something that I’ve been dreading all winter but that I knew was inevitable.
I’ve caught it.
The horrendous upper respiratory, snotty-nosed, sore throat, coughing, phlemy grossness that has been running rampant in schools and daycare centers the world over. SO. MANY. GERMS.
It finally found me.
So I sincerely apologize for my absence. It’s basically knocked me on my butt for the last few days. And every time I’ve started to feel better, I’ve managed to over-exert myself and fall right back into exhaustion and sickness again. It’s lovely.
I’m still only like 60% better, but at least I was able to go to work today. You know, after sleeping in until 10am because I basically couldn’t breathe last night and didn’t fall asleep until about 7:30am. Yea, it’s awesome. So I’m HOPING to be back with some more exciting posts this week, even though zero workouts have happened since last Wednesday and I was only able to eat about half of a sandwich for lunch today.
My life is pretty much full of tissues, orange juice, and my bed right now. But hopefully it will get more interesting soon!

Also, I apologize in advance if all of a sudden things go kind of wonky around here. I’m working on switching to a new blog host and making some big cosmetic changes around here, but it is all kinds of confusing.
